The Heroes and Zeroes - The Marshals

Being both the Guardians of Balance and the Guardians of Law, Order and Goodness has created quite a lot of confusion for the Marshals of Ye Olde Interdimensional Marketplace. Once can never be sure exactly what rules or decisions will be made from one day to the next or how the balance can best be served at a given time.

It's been theorised the overly lawful nature of marketplace has lead to the rather chaotic whirlwind of changes by the powers that be and at times the Marshals themselves. However this is purely speculation.
